This Model 680 Rinse Recovery System was built to remove zinc from rinse water at a rate of 10 gallons/minute (37 liters/minute). The rinse water is circulated in the system until a clean permeate stream is ready for pumping back to the rinse tanks.
These vessels contain 2 membranes per vessel.
The manual valves (red handles) open lines to the Permeate Tank and the Concentrate Tank.
This membrane cleaning skid is recommended for every Rinse Recovery System. It cleans the RO membranes so they can be reused multiple times on the system. Components include:
pressure vessel, pump, sightglass, epoxy-coated steel framework, control box.
We recommend IBC chemical totes for use with this cleaning skid. They have 2” valves on the bottom and can be stored easily.
Our Rinse Recovery System will be responsible for cleaning all the water from this wire pickling operation.
Ready for installation in the wire pickling plant.
The three tanks behind the system will hold: spent rinse water, permeate (cleaned water), and concentrate (which will then get pumped to the acid recovery system for processing).
