This new galvanizing plant in China purchased the smallest HCl Recovery System Beta manufactures. They built a first-class facility to house the system, the pickle line, and the new offices.
The customer laid marble tiles on the floor and ceramic tiles on the walls for easy maintenance.
The system will sit in the low portion of the floor.
The cooling tower, located outside the building, provides chilled water to the system’s condenser which concentrates the recovered acid.
Easy to follow diagrams help installers plumb the system correctly. Each diagram is accompanied by a written explanation of steps to follow to assemble the system.
Since the installation crew uses the drawings the system was manufactured from, the drawings are accurate and reliable.
At the customer’s request, this system extends into the second floor of the building to maximize usable space.
The bottom portion of the system is on the first floor.
This system processes 2,000 liters of spent acid per day and maintains the pickle tanks at optimum levels of acid and iron.
