We partner with Leak Proof to sell recovery systems to the metal finishing industry in India. Due to the high import tariff (about 30%) it is nearly impossible to cost effectively import environmental equipment into India.

We just finished a design on a mixed acid recovery system. This system will recover HF and HNO3 from a stainless steel manufacturer. We are enclosing the entire system for safety and installing redundant scrubbing systems.

This month, we will be installing one of our new, low temperature recovery systems in the USA. Our longtime customer bought a conventional Sulfuric Acid Recovery System from us in 1988. After 23 years in operation, they decided to replace the old one with this new design. This system processes 15,000 gallons of spent acid per day.

Payback for most of our galvanizing customers is approximately 2 years or less.
