Step 1 Beta's Pre-Gen system adjusts pre-flux solution pH and specific gravity while converting dissolved iron into a filterable, solid form. An air driven diaphragm pump feeds the Reactor where ORP is monitored and adjusted.

Step 2 The pre-flux solution is then pH adjusted and controlled prior to entering the Settling Tank. The iron and other suspended solids settle to the bottom of the tank for removal.

Step 3 The pre-flux solution then enters a filter before returning to the Pre-flux Tank.
